While the boat was adequate and the views were stunning from the cabin balcony, the location of the cruise ship in the bay was too far from the port and the cave. the service on board was good and the bathroom was okay, but the beds were hard and uncomfortable. the breakfast lacked variety. the excursion to the cave was well organized and the ferry ride was enjoyable.

The drinks were not included and were expensive to purchase.

the exclusive amenities surpassed our expectations. the service was impeccable, and the spa centre was a luxurious escape. We indulged in the full body massage, and it was rejuvenating. the sun terrace was the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking views of the bay, and the entertainment was top-notch. the restaurant had a wide range of flavoursome cuisine that even satisfied our special diet requirements. the private facilities in our room were a delightful surprise. We felt like royalty staying here.

Although this hotel was excellent, we had one minor issue. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, which can be inconvenient for business travellers.
